We offer a boutique style of recruiting where every single client and candidates requirements are thoroughly understood before we begin the recruitment cycle.

This is the most important part of the recruitment cycle for us, and our recruiters will take their time to listen, ask questions and advise on the recruitment process.

You will continuously be kept up to date on the progress. We are proud of the work we do and believe in building long lasting business relationships with both our clients and candidates.

Any IT Recruitment is an independently owned IT Agency based in Cape Town and London. One of our founding members comes from a programming background and is very much hands-on with regards to the full recruitment life cycle. Our other founding member has 20 years experience within the IT Recruitment space.

Our clients are within the fintech, e-commerce, retail, payment gateways and consulting space.
